ALTO Merlot vinegar is a traditional agrodolce (bittersweet) vinegar. It’s the secret ingredient that makes pan-fried radicchio so good (you’ll find the recipe on my website).
It’s excellent in salad dressings and chutneys, for poaching fruit, pickling vegetables and deglazing pans. Give it a try anywhere you’d use balsamic vinegar. It’s made from premium merlot grapes from selected cool climate Australian vineyards.
