Switzerland is a country on almost everyone’s bucket list, yet it can be hard to discover without a little insider knowledge. I’m blessed to have explored its food as few outsiders can, through my Swiss husband, Franz, and cooking and eating with our Swiss family and friends. I love its chocolate, cheese, hearty food and crisp white wines, farmhouse stalls and outdoor food markets.
