Join me for a vicarious culinary tour of sunny Spain, shaped by years of Moorish influence as well as the distinctive cuisines of the Basque, Catalan, Galician and Castilian people. I fell in love with Spain through my fascination with Sherry and travelled there to study this unique wine – now I’ll take you back with me.
