Additional Information
Shared food and hospitality are central to Persian culture and the table is the centre of the home. The cuisine is influenced by Silk Road travellers, the vast lands of ancient Persia (from Pakistan to Egypt), and a wealth of local produce: saffron, barberries, pistachio and roses.
Parya will take us on a tour of her homeland and its produce while we enjoy a Persian feast featuring her famous tahdig, juicy charcoal-grilled kebabs, rich braises and colourful fresh side dishes. There aren’t any Persian wines, so David Issac from Harkola will join us to share some excellent Lebanese ones and tell us a bit about wine production in the Middle East.
Limited to 12 guests – so book now!
