Join me for a vicarious culinary tour of sunny Spain, shaped by years of Moorish influence as well as the distinctive cuisines of the Basque, Catalan, Galician and Castilian people. I fell in love with Spain through my fascination with Sherry and travelled there to study this unique wine – now I’ll take you back with me. Of course we’ll snack on tapas, make tomato gazpacho and tortilla, feast on seafood (best garlic prawns ever!), roast meat and classic desserts (churros with Spanish hot chocolate!!). Vamos!

Each 2-week Kit includes:

  • at least 6 step-by-step recipe videos (5 savoury; 1 sweet)
  • all the premium ingredients necessary to create 2 generous Spanish meals for 2 people – we assume you have plain flour, castor sugar and vegetable oil unless you order them here (they’re free). We always assume you have olive oil, cooking wine, salt and pepper.

Delivery is on Friday 17 February, with produce packed to remain fresh for at least 10 days and menus designed so that the most perishable foods are used first.
