You’ll master curry puffs, roti, the best Hainanese chicken rice you’ve ever tasted and that wonderful sago dessert gula melaka, plus much more! And Simon has curated a special Hot-Food-Cool-Jazz playlist for us to cook along to!

Delivery is on Friday 17 February, with produce packed to remain fresh for at least 10 days and menus designed so that the most perishable foods are used first.
